COMPOSITION FOR TREATMENT OF WORKING SURFACES IN TRANSPORT CONTAINERS (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC C09K3/18

Abstract RU 2324720 C2

FIELD: chemistry, organic.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to composition of liquid used in treatment of transport containers for reduction of loose materials freezing to working surfaces, and can be used in cement-producing, mining and metallurgical industries in low-temperature conditions. The composition for treatment of metal working surfaces for reduction of loose materials freezing to them includes, in the first version, the fraction of high-temperature hard-mode thermal cracking (pyrolysis) boiling out within 140-600°C (pyrolysis resin) as a long oily distillate of thermal origin in an amount of 10-95% by mass, and a fraction of virgin low-viscous residual oil as a medium-distillate hydrocarbon fraction produced in the process of atmospheric refining of petroleum in an amount of 5-90% by mass; in the second version, the composition includes high-sulphur atmospheric gas oil fraction boiling out within 190°C - end boiling point as a long oily distillate produced in the process of atmospheric refining of petroleum in an amount of 20-90% by mass, and a kerosene fraction boiling out within 220-330°C as a medium-distillate hydrocarbon fraction produced in the process of atmospheric refining of petroleum in an amount of 10-80% by mass; in the third version, the composition for treatment of metal working surfaces includes, as a long oily distillate produced in the process of atmospheric refining of petroleum, a high-sulphur atmospheric gas oil fraction boiling out within 190°C - end boiling point in an amount of 99.3-99.97% by mass, and Dodiflow 4134 depressant in an amount of 0.03-0.7% by mass.

EFFECT: reduction of the degree of loose materials freezing to metal surfaces.
