FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method of obtaining a low-viscosity marine fuel, including atmospheric-vacuum distillation of oil with separation of fractions, catalytic hydrocracking of petroleum feed, compounding of fractions, introduction of additive into the produced mixture, straight-run diesel fuel fractions at 180–360 °C and the residue of hydrocracking in a ratio of 65–70:35–30 % are compounded and a depressant-dispersing additive is introduced in an amount of 0.02–0.08 wt%.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining low-viscosity marine fuel that meets the requirements of GOST 32510-2013 and simultaneously ensures expansion of raw materials and improved physical and chemical characteristics.
