SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the cellulose paper industry and can be used for controlling production of paper through control of characteristics of liquid mixture of cellulose suspension, as well in the system using the technique. The method of controlling production of paper involves increasing pressure and putting the liquid mixture into separation device (16). Separation device (16) has at least, two rotating discs (6), delimiting boundaries, at least a space (6a) between the discs, and a device for taking out the dense fraction of the liquid mixture from the periphery (4) of discs (6). Discs (6) have an axis of rotation (7), inside of which there is at least, one opening (8, 8a, 8b, 8c), which is linked to at least one space (6a) through the flowing liquid. At least one opening (8, 8a, 8b, 8c) has at least one opening (10) for moving off the light component of the liquid mixture. The flowing liquid mixture under pressure is subjected to a centrifugal force in at least one space (6a) due to rotation of at least two discs (6). Thus the light component of the liquid mixture deflects to at least, one opening (8, 8a, 8b, 8c) and is then taken out, while the dense component deflects to the periphery (4) of discs (6) for moving off. The light component taken out is directed to an analyser for evaluation of its characteristics or, at least one of its components. The invention also relates to systems consisting of paper detail machine and its control system. The invention provides for making a convenient cheap system for controlling paper production process, and increase accuracy of determining characteristics of liquid mixture of cellulose suspension.
EFFECT: creation of a control system for paper production with increased accuracy of determining characteristics liquid mixture.
