SUBSTANCE: centrifuge for the sample holder includes the sample holder receptor for holding at least one sample holder, configured to rotate about the rotation axis and having the holding part into which the sample holder can be inserted during the loading procedure, when the sample holder receptor does not rotate. In the holding part, there is the sample holder in the loaded state of the sample holder receptor, and during the unloading procedure, the sample holder can be removed from the holding part. The centrifuge platform for the sample holder, configured to support the centrifuge for the sample holder in accordance with its targeted use, is oriented parallel to the axis of rotation. The sample holder has at least one sample channel, extending along the substantially central longitudinal axis of the sample channel. The sample holder receptor is designed and positioned so, that when the sample holder is located in the holding part of the sample holder receptor, the longitudinal axis of its sample channel is oriented substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation. As in the case, when the sample holder receptor rotates, also in the case, when it does not rotate. The rotation axis is rotatably mounted at both ends. The centrifuge device contains the centrifuge for the sample holder, having the substantially horizontally disposed rotational axis and the pipette device for the automatical distribution of the fluid to the sample holder channel of the sample, held in at least one sample holder receptor. The pipette device contains the pipette channel, extending substantially in the vertical direction. When using the centrifuge, the sample holder is washed by placing it in such a way that the opening of the sample channel is directed radially outward, by centrifuging the sample holder and the vacuum supply.
EFFECT: reliable centrifugation of the samples with high quality and efficiency, the reduction of the time for the centrifuge servicing between the centrifugation process end and the sample holder unit testing start.
