FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to construction, and in particular to bars with an alternating cross-section made from composite materials, which can be used as binding material in building structures, monolithic reinforced concrete and pre-cast constructions, as well as in structural parts of buildings in the form of separate bars, for reinforcing the base of highways and roads. The proposed invention provides for making bars from composite materials with varying shapes of anchoring nodes and obtaining a monolithic bar with varying cross-sections with high service properties. Making of the bar with successive formation of layers allows for use of different combinations of mineral and chemical fibres, form a bar with given physicochemical properties (without changing the line of production), and widen the application spectrum. The technical result is achieved by that, the bar of varying cross-section made from composite material in the form of mineral woven roving or chemical fibre, fixed by hardened plastic binder with anchor nodes, according to the inventor. The bar has multiple layers and consists of carrier inner layer with longitudinally laid out fibres, next to at least, one layer with transverse positioning of the fibres, nodes in the form of coiling fibres on the outer layer and bulging or concave or bulging-concave form. The inner layer, outer layer and anchoring nodes are formed in one production cycle and are monolithic.
EFFECT: possibility of making bars with given physicochemical properties and thereby increasing the application spectrum.
