FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacturing procedure of reinforcement elements, and namely to variable-section bar manufacturing from composite materials, which can be used as binding braced elements of enclosing wall constructions, solid reinforced-concrete and assembly constructions as well as building structural members in the form of individual bars, for reinforcing bases of highways and roads. Proposed invention allows to produce bar from composite material with various anchor thickenings and obtain solid variable-section bar with high operating properties. Bar manufacturing with subsequent layer formation allows using various combinations of rock and chemical fibres, making bars with specified physical-and-chemical properties (without changing production line), and thus enlarging spheres of bar application. Besides changing layer thickness and fibre concentration allows to widely vary bar's properties. Variable-section bar manufacturing method includes producing of bar with anchor thickenings from roving of rock or chemical fibre treated with plastic binder, polymerisation and cutting. According to invention bar is made solid by means of consequential continuous formation of inner layer with fibre longitudinal arrangement, and formation of at least one layer with fibre transverse arrangement and anchor thickenings of convex or concave shape, or convex-concave shape. In this case anchor thickenings are produced in automatic way by means of fibre winding on the last layer, and specified shape of thickenings is provided by varied speeds of fibre transporting and winding.
EFFECT: enlarging bar application spheres.
