FIELD: medicine; clinical biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: high-molecular proteins are separated from serum by boiling and following centrifuging; then the spectrophotometry of the supernatant water solution is performed at wave length from 200 to 330 nm; after that, evaluating index of content of substances with low and high molecular mass is calculated. Basing on obtained spectral values, the evaluating index of serum content of substances with low and high molecular mass (Δ) is calculated and if Δ is more than 50%, the endogenous intoxication is determined.
EFFECT: increased precision of diagnostics of endogenous intoxication and available express-diagnostics for dynamic control of therapeutic efficiency are provided.
