EARLY DIAGNOSTIC TECHNIQUE FOR ENDOGENOUS INTOXICATION Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC G01N33/48 G01N33/50 G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2572719 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and represents an early diagnostic technique for endogenous intoxication by calculating an early integral index of intoxication (EII), differing by the fact that EII for males is calculated by formula: whereas EII for females is calculated by formula: wherein Homocyst. is blood serum homocysteine, mcmole/l; Cyst. C is blood serum cystatin C, mg/l; hsCRP is blood serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, mg/l; an increase of EII 2-5 times as much as that in apparently healthy individuals indicates the development of endogenous intoxication syndrome (EIS).

EFFECT: invention provides higher diagnostic accuracy and faster diagnosing.
