SUBSTANCE: method of determining myocardial infarction during the forensic examination, including the study of the biological material with the use of spectrometric analysis and identification of molecules of average weight, characterised in that it examined the concentration of low and medium molecular weight urine at wavelengths from 238 to 298 nm with a pitch 4 nm in the presence of a peak in the profile of low and medium molecular weight at a wavelength of 274 nm small-focal (nontransmural) myocardial infarction is determined.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of determination.
