FIELD: instruments.

SUBSTANCE: device contains closed shell circuit having the form of a tore and filled with redox electrolyte. In the electrolyte, two pairs of electrolyte flow transmitters are installed diametrically, with a 3÷5 degree offset relative to the tore diameter. Each of the transmitters includes four flat electrodes separated by perforated electrically insulating partitions. The inner electrodes serve as cathodes and the peripheral electrodes serve as anodes. A potential difference of ˜ 0.1÷1 mV is maintained between the anodes of the said transmitters.

EFFECT: increase in accuracy, expansion of dynamic and frequency range of angular motion (angular velocity and angular acceleration) measurement.
