FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention is characterised by that a diffusion converter is made in form of inner and outer electrodes deposited two on each disc made from dielectric material. The outer electrode is made in form of a ring with inner projections and the inner electrode - in form of a ring with outer projections. Projections of the outer ring lie equidistant between projections of the inner ring and overlap each other by 80-95% on the length. The projections lie uniformly on the entire circumference of the rings at equal distance from each other. There are seal rings between the discs made from dielectric material, where the width of said discs is not greater than corresponding dimensions of the electrode rings.

EFFECT: higher sensitivity and wider upper range of working frequencies of the molecular-electronic converter.
