SUBSTANCE: one prepares the receipt components, cuts and blanches of onion, parsley roots and cucumbers, blanches and rubs horse radish, cuts and freezes green onion and dill greens, boils quass, cuts pike frames. The listed components are mixed without access of the oxygen with sour cream, salt, black pepper and laurel leaf. Received mixture is packed with fish broth, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
