FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds with penetration action, used for coating concrete surfaces exposed to water. The waterproofing compound for porous concrete surfaces consists of a cement and sand mixture, sodium carbonate and citric acid with the following mass ratios of the components: 7-12% sodium carbonate; 3-6% citric acid; 20-25% Portland cement; the remaining percentage is for sand with particle sizes of 600 mcm.
EFFECT: increased moisture and frost resistance.
