FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used in surveillance systems for signal environment as a system component or an autonomous device for measuring carrier frequency of pulsed signals. Measurement of power and duration of the input pulsed signals can be considered as broadening of functions. The digital frequency meter consists of high frequency amplifier, band pass filter, frequency discriminator with four outputs, analogue-digital converters, calculator, pulsed signal detector, unit for shaping power code, unit for shaping correction code and a digital adder, respectively connected together.

EFFECT: increased noise immunity with broadened functional capacity of the device.
