FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved because image formation system includes information processing device and image formation device. Information processing device generates image, transforms colour and extracts image characteristics to generate reduced data. Image formation device unpacks reduced data and defines address of record in unit of storing data about the image basing on the shift value in order to transform data about image density into pixel fractional units.
EFFECT: system is able to selectively perform density shifting or halftone printing in accordance with image characteristics, and to present image with lower image quality deterioration.
