FIELD: chemistry, non-organic, food pellicle.
SUBSTANCE: principle refers to synthetic pellicle, which is used to cover food products, in particular smoked food products in the like of sausages, meat and cheese. The following are suitable for smoking pellicle and also for tubular sheath from it: i) aliphatic polyamide and ii) simple or complex ether elastomer - block copolymer. The pellicle has excellent permeability for steam at high temperatures and good barrier properties at room temperatures.
EFFECT: ensuring permeability for steam and barrier properties of food synthetic pellicle.
