SUBSTANCE: claimed casing includes mixture of aliphatic (co)polyamide, aliphatic and/or partially aromatic (co)polyamide modified with glycol or polyglycol, and agent for bubble or vacuole formation. Casing contains bubbles or vacuoles which improve smoke penetration thereof.
EFFECT: improved synthetic sausage casing for smoked sausages.
