FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, experimental and clinical surgery, and it can be used in the treatment of diseases and traumatic injuries of duodenum in a distributed purulent peritonitis and extraperitoneal phlegmon. Subtotal duodenum resection is performed, leaving the part of posterior wall with the large duodenum mamelon. The large duodenum mamelon is implanted in the duodenum switched off thin colorectal with the anastomosis overlaid of the type "end to end". This method allows to treat effectively necrosis duodenum or failure of the pass-through of stitches after incision wounds duodenum in the conditions of purulent peritonitis and extraperitoneal phlegmon.
EFFECT: effective treating of the deceases and traumatic injuries of the duodenum.
