SUBSTANCE: invention relates medical technology, in particular, orthopedic articles, appliances fixed to body parts and used for hip stumps bridgework. Hip sleeve contains frame and support. Frame is made as hollow cone with upper located foundation. Frame walls are designed smooth and figured according to form of stump. Upper contour of the frame is confined with smooth figured seating face in the front part, which is down inclined in the medial direction. Then the incline is increased on 1.5-3 cm, with horizontal position in dorsal direction. After that level is returned upward on 1.5-3 cm and with the help of upward contour increasing on 2-4 cm and its smooth lowering medial wall is created. In lateral part a ledge is made. Sleeve is designed so that when stump placing ischial tuberosity contacts with medial wall, and greater trochanter adjoins the ledger.

EFFECT: possibility of physiological load distribution on stump tissues in support phase and in phase of transferring with prosthesis secure retention on stump and high controllability.
