FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to prosthesis sleeve for placement of amputation stump of extremity, which contains connecting means for distal prosthesis device, as well as to system of prosthesis sleeve and prosthesis device. Prosthesis sleeve for reception of amputation stump of extremity contains at least one connecting means for distal prosthesis device. Prosthesis sleeve has, at least, one wall, which has curved open transverse section and whose ends in overlaid state, at least, partially overlap each other. On wall located is, at least, one tightening means, which acts in circumferential direction and draws wall ends to each other. Wall is made from shape-stable plastic with zones of different elasticity. Wall is made flexible in proximal zone.
EFFECT: invention meets the requirements to shape stability, provides possibility of fast fitting for patient, cheap provision of patient with prosthesis, increased comfort in wearing, in particular, in sitting position.
