SUBSTANCE: invention relates to purulent surgery, and can be used for treating phlegmon gluteal region. Method includes registration of fabric pressure fasciotomy, opening phlegmon, evacuation of purulent effluent, treating pus pocket and installation of drainage. Measuring method of high pressure interstitial invasive gluteal muscle on side of phlegmon (p_b.f.) and large gluteus on intact side (p_b.z.). Pressure difference is determined by formula R=(P_b.f.)-(P_b.z.). If R is equal to 10-20 mmHg, Z-shaped fasciotomy of upper fascial assembly large gluteal muscles is made. If R is equal to 21-30 mmHg, Z-shaped fasciotomy of upper fascial assembly and sciatic fascial assembly large gluteal muscles is made. If R equal to 31-40 mmHg, Z-shaped fasciotomy of upper fascial assembly sciatic fascial assembly and medial fascial gluteus assembly is made. If R is more than 41 mmHg, Z-shaped fasciotomy of upper fascial assembly sciatic fascial unit, a medial fascial assembly and lower fascial gluteus assembly is made.

EFFECT: method can prevent development of acute fabric hypertensive syndrome and adjust operational tactics of patient, thus improving treatment outcomes and reducing number of complications.
