SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to a field of medical technology. Device contains brace joint, made like tube, and pelvic support, connected with helical springs and brace joint. Helical springs are installed in the cavity of tube. An underarm support and appliance, regulating rate of constriction of these springs installed at the tube, with capability to relocate, are located at the tube. Underarm support is made like element, arch-wise curved along its longitudinal axis. It contains webbings at its inferior surface. Concave surface of support from the side of man's back is extended and curves upwards for succinctness of man's body from the back. From the side of man's chest this support is extended, being curved, and protrudes forward from axillary region for providing reserve of bearing surface. Axillary region surface from sides of back and chest is widened. Invention prevents free forward slip from under arm, and in the case of backward clip provides reserve of bearing support, enough to keep supporting function of device without inducing arm tissue ischemia.
