FIELD: medical engineering, particularly, physiotherapeutical devices for vertical traction of vertebral column. SUBSTANCE: device has telescopic extensible spring-loaded bars, coil springs, loin jacket, shoulder and axillary supports, pelvis supports and adjustment nuts. For this purpose, bracing units are made in the form of bars extensible under action of coil springs and located on left and right sides of patient so that their upper end thrusts shoulder and/or axillary supports, and their lower end is hinged through extensible posts with pelvis supports so that axis of rotation of these hinges may coincide with axis of rotation of hip joints. For regulation of traction force of vertebral column, spring-loaded bars have adjusting appliance regulating compression degree of coil springs. EFFECT: proportional dosed unloading of vertebral column with preserved ability of fulfilling of posture functions and movements. 2 cl, 1 dwg
