SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the technique of disperse materials drying and can be used in microbiological, food and chemical and other industries. Method of disperse material ripping in drying chamber with gas-distributing lattice is the displacement of rippers and connection of gas-distributing lattice with vibration drive installed on vibration absorbers with control unit. Vibration amplitude, direction and frequency is changed within the required range of disperse materials treatment parameters: vibration within 100...120 dB, oscillation frequency - 50...100 Hz. Ripper is a spring-controlled inertial mass with blades. Drying chamber of vibratory dryer contains gas-distributing lattice with spring-controlled inertial masses with blades mounted on it. Gas-distributing lattice is connected to vibration drive provided with control unit and installed on vibration absorbers. Control unit may change direction, amplitude and frequency of vibration within the required optimal range of dried material treatment parameters: vibration within - 100...120 dB, oscillation frequency - 50...100 Hz. There is a central bore in inertial mass and helical groove is available on its side surface to attach helical spring by means of fasteners. At least three blades are installed on each inertial mass. Blade axes are parallel to gas-distributing lattice. Blades are installed in at least three brackets fixed to bucket end. Blades are in the shape of screw.

EFFECT: improvement of disperse materials drying output in high vibrofluidised beds.
