FIELD: mechanic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the technique of disperse materials drying and can be used in microbiological, food and chemical and other industries. Method of vibro drying with activators is that vibro activators are installed on gas-distributing lattice and drying chamber lid and box are connected to vibro drive installed on vibration absorbers. They are also connected to vibrator control unit which can change vibration direction, amplitude and frequency within the required range. Vibro activators can be adjusted so that to have optimal parameters of material treatment: vibration within - 100...120 dB, oscillation frequency within - 50...100 Hz. Vibro dryer includes drying chamber with exhaust air cleaning system, wet stock feed spout, discharge spout, lid and box connected to vibro drive installed on vibro absorbers. Control unit of vibro drive can change vibration direction, amplitude and frequency within the required range and vibro activators include spring-controlled inertial mass with blades. Spring-controlled inertial mass can adjust blades to optimal parameters of material treatment within the specified ranges.
EFFECT: use in high vibrofluidised beds by introduction of vibrofluidising devices.
