FIELD: mechanic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the technique of disperse materials drying and can be used in microbiological, food and chemical and other industries. Dryer with fluidised bed includes wet stock feed spout with screw feeder, drying chamber, heater, fan, exhaust air cleaning system. Spent air cleaning system includes drying chamber with lid and fixed box where vibro drive of at least two trays is located. Trays are separated by side partitions with total area of distributing lattices being 0.6 m. Each tray is 0.3×1 m in cross section and installed on four vibro absorbers. It has individual vibrators enabling change of vibration direction and amplitude. Air is supplied by two high pressure fans and is heated in steam heaters. It is supplied in two flows through nozzles to the area under distributing lattices of vibrating trays. Connecting pipe to discharge exhaust air and other pipe to discharge dried-out air are located in lid. Original wet stock is loaded by feeder from hopper to support grid situated in first tray end. Moving along grid tray in fluidised bed, the material is poured to the second grid tray. There is a discharge mechanism at the opposite end of second tray and exhaust air is cleaned from dust initially in acoustic unit, then in cyclone and is discharged into atmosphere by fan. Rippers are introduced into the dryer and displaced on support grid in the form of spring-controlled inertial masses with blades. Each inertial mass is provided with central hole. There is a helical groove on side surface of inertial mass to fasten it with helical spring. At least, three blades are provided for each inertial mass. Blades axis are situated in parallel planes to gas-distributing lattice and installed in, at least three brackets as screws.
EFFECT: improvement of drying efficiency.
