FIELD: mechanic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the technique of disperse materials drying and can be used in microbiological, food and chemical and other industries. Spray drying and disperse materials graining plant includes drying chamber with spent coolant cleaning system and spray chamber located in the upper part of the plant. Spray chamber is provided with injector and collector to supply coolant. It contains granulated inert material located on gas-distributing lattice of drying chamber. Granulated material is transferred to fluidised state by horizontal oscillations applied to spring-controlled body of drying chamber from driven vibrator. Vibrator drive transmits granulated material into fluidised state through a bracket fastened reliable to the lower part of the body. At the same time body and patches of the upper and lower part make elastic and compensating displacements. Dried-out product is removed from gas-distributing lattices holes together with coolant to trapping system consisting of receiver, acoustic unit, cyclone and sleeve filter.
EFFECT: improvement of drying efficiency.
