FIELD: drying engineering.
SUBSTANCE: multichamber drier comprises device for charging dump material which is provided with screw feeder and drying chamber whose housing is made of two or more chambers through which the material to be dried moves. The chambers are arranged one above the other, and fluidizing heat-transfer agent is supplied under the grate. The material is fed to the top chamber through a feeder, blown out, deflected by compressed air outflowing from the branch pipe to the beginning of the bearing grid of the top chamber, dried, and transported to the bottom chamber through the baffle with valve for flowing the material. The dried material is discharged from the chamber through the baffle adjusted in height and provided with the valve. The mechanical loosener is mounted above the grate in the top chamber. The heat-transfer agent is supplied to each chamber individually and is discharged from the chambers through the air duct to the common collector. The drier comprises turbine gas blower and the system for cleaning the exhaust heat-transfer agent. The heater is made of the furnace provided with mixing chamber. The heat-transfer agent is directed to system for removing dust, and then is discharged to the atmosphere or is returned to the mixing chamber through the recirculation valve. The dust produced during drying is cutch in the dust removing system.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
