FIELD: measuring techniques.
SUBSTANCE: cell consists of a case and a base, made from dielectric material, a main and an auxiliary electrode and a comparison electrode. The case of the cell is in the form of a hollow cylinder, while the base is detachable, and joined to the case using threaded fastening elements through a rubber ring. The cell is equipped with a cover made from dielectric material, which is fixed to the case using threaded fastening elements. The comparison electrode is mounted on the cover through the threads, while the main and auxiliary electrodes are mounted on the base. The auxiliary electrode is made from metal which is electrochemically inert to the medium in the cell, while the main electrode is made from metal, whose electrochemical properties are determined.
EFFECT: accuracy of determining electrical characteristics of the surface partition of the metal-solution with retention of natural aeration of the medium.
