The device contains: memory devices, and units performing the following functions: weighting factor calculation, analysis of correspondence between decisions and situations, accounting of the first argument importance, calculation of the number of coincidences of decisions and situations, display, device operation control, evaluation of decision-making time, determination of the correct decision quantity, determination of the quantity of timely made decisions, determination of probability of correct decision making, determination of probability of timely and correct decision making, evaluation of the decision implementation time, determination of the quantity of timely implemented decisions, determination of the total fraction of timely implemented decisions, determination of the probability of timely implementation of decisions made, determination of the control efficiency index.
