Before analyzing the solutions versions compliance, reduce the dimensionality of the data using the factorial and correlation analysis, lead information indicators for each situation to relative units, using scales, determine the generalized information situations indicators according to the groups of specified system state indicators, for each group calculate the characteristic level and continue to calculate the system functioning efficiency indicator.
