FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the food-processing industry and can be used to cube or to slice layers of bakery goods for manufacturing of small rusks. The device contains two shafts 2, 3 with cutters 4, 5 for slitting, executed in the form of splines, having tops joined with each other. One of shafts 3 that has cutters posseses annular grooves 6. Cutters of a shaft 3 have dredgings at their tops penetrated by cutters cutting edges of shaft 2. There is shaft 8 with circular knives 10 for a crosscutting installed below shaft 2. Edges of circular knives are included into flutes 6 of shaft 3 that has cutters. There are cutoff plates 11 between circular knives on the basis of bushes 9 dividing them are installed. Shafts are connected with a drive of their rotation.
EFFECT: possibility to carry out cutting by three shafts using one of slitting cut shafts for the product pulling while crosscutting and thus making the design of the device simple.
