FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dentistry and can be applied for osteoplasty in direct dental implantation. Alveolar socket is exposed to low-frequency ultrasound in mode 24.5-26.5 kHz during 5 minutes with a waveguide UTP-1 in pulse mode 0.2-0.4-0.6 W/cm2 at pulse repetition 50 Hz through mixed 30% lincomycin hydrochloride and 1% Dioxidine in the ratio 4:1. The alveolar socket is 1/3 filled with bioresorbed osteoplastic material "AlgOss" with granule size 1 mm. A threaded titanium implant is aligned with alveolar socket edges. The empty space in-between the implant and bone tissue is filled with osteoplastic material "AlgOss". Bone wound is covered with bioresorbed membrane "Paradoncol" and isolated with film "Diplen-denta" with lincomycin. A temporary crown is made and 3-4 weeks later replaced with a permanent crown supported by the implant.
EFFECT: method allows reducing risk of inflammatory complications, improving conditions for bone tissue formation around the implant.
