SUBSTANCE: device for anti-glaucomatous surgery consists of work element and handle. Work element consists of two parts: internal and external. End surface of work element is ellipsoid. Internal part of work element is designed as wedge-shaped surface with rounded ends. Ratio of external part width of work element to total length of work element is 0.09 to 0.092. Cutting blade is mounted on central symmetry axis of work element internal part external surface, perpendicularly to work element base. Ratio of work element thickness to cutting blade height lies within the range 0.15 to 0.25. Inclination angle of frond end surface of cutting blade to central longitudinal symmetry axis of work element lies within the range 95° to 105°. Interior angle between longitudinal symmetry axis of work element and longitudinal symmetry axis of handle is within the range of 120° to 150°.
EFFECT: reduced trauma number; increased ease of surgery.
