FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. A microsurgical spatula for reposition and anchoring of the dislocated intraocular lenses comprises a handle, a transitional and a working portion made in the form of a flat plate. End of working part is sharpened. On each side surface, immediately after sharpened end of working part, there is one slot, one of which is directed at angle of 20–75 degrees towards end of working part, and another, at same angle, – in opposite direction. Depth of groove extends to longitudinal axis of working part. On each side surface, between the handle and working part there is one arched stop, convex facing towards end of working part. Handle, transition part and working part are made integral.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables reducing traumatism, improving reliability of the suture grip and providing maximally non-traumatic excision of the spatula.
