FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns process of obtaining deoxyribo- and ribooligonucleotide 5'-triphosphate salts represented by the general formula shown in description. Initial reagent, deoxyribo- and ribooligonucleotide 5'-triphosphate tetra- or trialkylammonium salt in the form of 0.1-0.5 M solution, is activated in the solvent composition of dimethylsulphoxide and dimethylformamide in the ratio of 2:1 by fivefold to fifteenfold excess of oxidation-reduction composition of triphenylphosphine and dipyridyldisulphide in the ratio of 1:1 in the presence of 50 to 80-fold excess of 1-methylimidasol or N,N-dimethylaminopyridine for 5-10 minutes. Then 10 to 20-fold excess bis-tributylammonium pyrophosphate solution in acetonitrile is added, and the reacting mix is held for 15-30 minutes, followed by extraction and purification of target product.
EFFECT: increased output of target products and reduction of excess reagents and solvent volume.
