FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: corrosion inhibitor is made of using as an active body mixture of imidazoline and amidoamine, which is derived during polyethylenepolyamine and carboxylic acid interaction with stripping of water of reaction, blending with solvent and disperser. Active body is prepared by interaction of polyethylenepolyamine and gossypol resin at mole ratio 1.0:0.4-0.6, or polyethylenepolyamine, gossypol resin and oleinic acid at mole ratio 1.0:0.15-0.25:0.5-0.7, or polyethylenepolyamine, gossypol resin, oleinic acid oxidation product of 2-ethylhexenic acid at mole ratio 1.0:0.1-0.3:0.3-0.4:0.2-0.3, or polyethylenepolyamine, gossypol resin and oxidation product of 2-ethylhexenic acid at mole ratio 1.0:0.15-0.3:0.5, or polyethylenepolyamine, gossypol resin and tallol at mole ratio 1.0:0.24:0.76 and 140-180°C temperature during 5-6 hours, than at 180-230°C temperature during three hours. It is aged at 230-245°C temperature during 1-2 hours followed by addition at 100-120°C temperature of solvent - stillage residue of product rectification of propylene hydroformylation or stillage residue of butyl alcohol production, or solvent nefras "Volgosintez", or mixture of stillage residue of product rectification of propylene hydroformylation and stillage residue of butyl alcohol production, or mixture of stillage residue of butyl alcohol production, nefras "Volgosintez" and neonol.
EFFECT: method allows to get corrosion inhibitor with high yielding, decrease net cost of products thanks to usage of available and cheap solvent and minimal dosage of inhibitor (30 ml/l).
