FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of metals corrosion prevention against corrosion in acid, water-salt mediums and can be used in chemical, oil-and-gas producing industries, and also in metallurgy and energetics at different finds of acid treatment of products, equipment and transportation of acids. Method includes alkylation of imidazoline - reaction product of polyethylene-polyamine or polypropylene-polyamine with high isomerous a-branched monocarboxylic acid - with chloride benzyl at temperature 70-85°C during 4-8 hours at molar correlation of imidazoline with chloride benzyl 1: (1-4), received product is used in the capacity of active basis of acid corrosion inhibitor 10-25 wt % with addition of aliphatic alcohols C1-C4 10-20 wt %, orthophosphoric acid 8-25 wt % and water - the rest.
EFFECT: increasing of inhibitory characteristics, reduction in price of output goods and raw materials base expansion of corrosion inhibitor.
