FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal corrosion prevention field. Method includes interaction of polyethylene- polyamine or polypropylene polyamine with terephthalic acid or wastes of terephthalic acid, including terephthalic acid - 80-85 wt %, methyl-benzole acid and carboxy-benzaldehyde - 15-20 wt %, at temperature 150-190°C during 4-8 h in molar correlation 2:1 with following isolation at temperature 240-260°C during 1.5-2.5 h, with receiving of imidazoline or amino-imino-imidazoline, which is subject to reaction with chloride benzyl at temperature 75-90°C during 4-8 h, received product is used in the capacity of active basis for acid corrosion inhibitor, and composition components of inhibitor are taken in a following correlation, wt %: active basis 15-20; urotropin 3-12; neonole 2-6; water is the rest or active basis 10-25; urotropin 4-10; neonole 2-4; orthophosphoric acid 5-15; water is the rest.
EFFECT: reduction in price of output goods, raw materials base expansion.
