FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio monitoring engineering and centralised protection of vehicles, property, people, and animals by means of local positioning radio channel systems. Radio beacons, installed at the radio monitoring objects, are used for periodical emission of signals with code messages, containing MARKER, ADDRESS, INFORMATION and CONTROLSUM to radio environment. These signals are received by base stations. At every station, the primary processing of the messages received is performed, during which the received signal is demodulated. The obtained information is transmitted to information collection and processing centre, where it is subject to the secondary processing. Signals from the radio beacons are formed as hopping-messages. Hopping-messages are sequences of constant duration radio pulses with a stepwise change - before every message transfer - of radio pulse frequency and interval between end and beginning of consequent radio pulses generated by means of random number generator. Amplitude modulation of radio pulses by message pulses is performed before message transfer. The primary processing at the base station is performed by superheterodyne receiver. The signal received is subject to digital-analogue conversion; a signal spectrum is analysed at phase-shifted analysis intervals using fast Fourier transform. When MARKER of the current message is being received, radio pulses frequency and interval between radio pulses are calculated for this message. When MARKER has been received, ADDRESS, INFORMATION and CONTROL SUM of message are received using the calculated values of radio pulses frequency and interval between radio pulses; a code of CONTROL SUM is calculated. If this code coincides with the accepted CONTROL SUM, the message received is evaluated as information obtained as a result of the primary processing.

EFFECT: enhancement of protection against natural and deliberate interferences at hopping-message transmission.
