FIELD: physics, radio.
SUBSTANCE: one or several tags are installed at monitored objects, each tag in the form of pulse hopping signal generation unit and power amplifier with transmission antenna connected in series. One or several radiolocation devices are involved, each capable of identification of tags activated in the system. Radiolocation device includes omnidirectional antenna, directional antenna, and microprocessor with signal intensity indication unit and controls connected to the first output and input of microprocessor respectively. Additionally, each radiolocation device includes pulse hopping signal receiver with two antenna inputs for connection to omnidirectional and directional antennas respectively, and pulse hopping signal processing unit. First input of processing unit is connected to pulse hopping signal receiver input, while second input and output are connected to second microprocessor input and output respectively. Third microprocessor output is connected to master input of pulse hopping signal receiver.
EFFECT: possibility to monitor mobile objects at much larger distances than visibility distance, with vegetation screening objects as well.
