FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular, to production of electric machines running either in a generator or a motor mode. This invention allows a simplification of laying the end face winding, concentration of magnetic flux, wasteless production process, maximum torque, better cooling, higher frequencies at low speeds, modular design. The features above result from making the stator with crosswise packed plates and arranged across the stator inner and outer parts wound up from silicon-sheet steel to form rings between which the winding reinforced with a compound is arranged, while the stator plates are made with and identical inner and outer shape and are fastened from inside by disks, and from outside, by two rings to form a stator module. Similarly, the rotor is made. Its inner disks are fitted on the shaft to form a rotor module, while a toroid-like magnet, or segment-shaped magnets magnetised in radial sense, or excitation winding generate a magnetic field for the rotor.
EFFECT: simple laying of the end face winding, maximum torque, better cooling, higher frequencies at lower speeds, modular design.
