FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electric machine with a rotor created according to the Halbach scheme. The electric machine contains a stator winding assembly and a rotor. The stator winding assembly consists of a set of coils. The rotor includes a set of external magnets made in the form of an outer Halbach ring. A case of external magnets is connected to and surrounds the set of external magnets. A set of internal magnets is made in the form of an inner Halbach ring. The winding is located between the set of internal and external magnets. A case of internal magnets is connected to the set of internal magnets. An output shaft is connected to an inner case of magnets. The direction of magnetization on inner and outer Halbach rings is coordinated so that magnetic fluxes are add up. On the outer side of the outer Halbach ring and on the inner side of the inner Halbach ring, there are yoke made of ferromagnetic material. Magnets are fixed on the yoke. Outer and inner Halbach rings are assembled from magnets with a cyclic repetition of a direction sequence of magnetization vectors of permanent magnets. The stator winding is located on ferromagnetic gears, between which rotor position sensors are placed.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of an electric machine is achieved.
