SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio communication and can be used for development of systems with multiple access using noise-shaped signals. In the transmitting part radio communication system comprises the first polarisation state switch; clock pulse generator; voltage-controlled generator; the first and the second pseudorandom noise code (PNC) generators; the first, the fourth and the fifth multipliers; main and cross polarisation transmitting antennas; in the receiving part - main and cross polarisation receiving antennas; the first and the second polarising filters; the second and the third polarisation state switches; the second voltage-controlled generator; inventer; the second, the third, the sixth, the seventh, the eighth, the ninth and tenth multipliers; the second and the fourth (PNC) generators; the first, the second, the third and the fourth summators; the first and the second subtractors; square wave generator; the first and the second squaring units; the first and the second decision boxes; clocking unit; and signal integrator.

EFFECT: enhancement of application efficiency of radio-frequency spectrum; reduction of intrasystem interference effects in the systems with multiple access; enhancement of electromagnetic compatibility with narrowband transmission facilities; reduction of cross-polarisation interference effects.
