METHOD FOR QUASI-ADAPTIVE POLARIZATION-TEMPORAL PROCESSING OF SIGNALS AND DEVICE FOR REALIZATION OF SAID METHOD Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC H04B7/10

Abstract RU 2269871 C1

FIELD: radio communications, possible use for engineering of radio-electronic systems of various purposes in broad spectrum of frequencies.

SUBSTANCE: method for quasi-adaptive polarization-temporal signals processing includes multiplication of received selection of counts of useful signal by weight coefficients of bearing signal of orthogonal-circular polarization basis, amplitudes of square components of orthogonal-circular components of received signal are selected, values of these amplitudes are determined, estimate of polarization parameters of signal in orthogonal-circular polarization basis is determined, on basis of which estimate one or another polarization basis is selected for receipt, where received counts of signal are multiplied either by constant weight coefficients of orthogonal-circular polarization basis, or by estimates of alternating weight coefficients of orthogonal-linear polarization basis, in orthogonal-circular polarization basis receipt of greatest one of orthogonal-circular components of useful signal is performed, in orthogonal-linear polarization basis - maximal component of elliptically polarized signal. Device has indicators of polarization-orthogonal components of signal 1,2, keys 3,4, switch blocks 5,6,12, control blocks 7, controllable attenuators 8,9, phase-shifting element for π 13, block for setting of starting condition 22, adders 14,15,21, amplifiers 17,18, block for determining amplitudes 19,20, block for determining polarization parameters 16, phase-shifting elements for π/2 10,11.

EFFECT: decreased energy loss of signal receipt, decreased precision requirements to parameters estimate, simplified construction of device for realization of method.
