SUBSTANCE: brooder is a rigid heat-insulating element construction with heating sources installed under the heat-insulating element. At the perimeter of the brooder construction the vertical heat-insulating blinds are placed there covered with beam reflecting material in the range of emitters' work, the height of which is sufficient for touching by its bottom edge the heating zone and it is installed to the heat-insulating element construction. The blinds from its lower edge have the vertical sections. At the perimeter of the brooder construction the additional clamps have the vertical support block. Brooder construction has the displacement ability at the height along the vertical support blocks. There are the additional openings for animals and poultry and also for ventilation improvement of the heating zones through the blades. In the heating zone the brooder has roosts for birds of different height, and in blinds at the brooder perimeter there are the transparent windows made of the heat-insulating material for better observation by the staff of the animals and poultry life in the heating zone of the brooder.

EFFECT: brooder service is simplified while providing the better function capabilities.
