FIELD: personal articles.

SUBSTANCE: combination package and applicator includes a container with a composition to be applied and an applicator for applying said composition. The applicator comprises a rod and a working head at one of the rod ends. The working head of the applicator protrudes laterally from the rod and has at least two branches made of a polymeric material, at least one of them being, at least partially, flock coated. Furthermore, the ends of the branches meet to form a cavity between them. The cavity formed between the branches is opened outwardly through at least one surface of the working head of the applicator to be used for applying the composition. The cavity is elongated and extends alongside the branches that are rigid enough to prevent its substantial deformation during the period between the moment when the working head of the applicator leaves the composition and the moment when it is applied. Provision is made for a method of skin or lip makeup whereby the composition is applied to the skin or lips by means of this combination applicator.

EFFECT: new applicator provides a means for precise makeup application, it is easy to use and capable of keeping relatively large volume of the composition.
