FIELD: articles of personal use.
SUBSTANCE: applicator contains extended frame, which lies along longitudinal axis, and at least two rows of teeth, connected with respective and different longitudinal sides of frame. Each row at least from two rows, contains first set of first teeth, which are connected with respective longitudinal side of frame and which form first angle with normal; and second set of second teeth connected with respective longitudinal side of frame and which form second angle with normal; frame is observed along its longitudinal axis. Second angle is larger than first angle. Also claimed is device of packing and applicator for composition application on eyelashes and eyebrows, which contains said applicator and reservoir with composition.
EFFECT: invention ensures improvement of composition smoothing on eyelashes and better separation of the latter.
