FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device in the field of cosmetology, intended for applying of makeup on eyelashes and eyebrows. Object of the invention is to improve the design of the application unit, as well as its manufacture of solid materials. The applicator comprises: a hard application unit (5), which is at least partially made of an inorganic material and has a core that is different from the twisted core. The applicator also comprises protruding application elements held by this core, and a rod. The rod holds the specified application unit and contains a rigid portion and a flexible portion extending between the application unit and the rigid portion.
EFFECT: creation of the application unit made of inorganic material coated with synthetic material to improve slipping, or to change the surface tension.
