SUBSTANCE: applicator to apply a cosmetic composition, make-up or a care product, comprising a working element of the applicator to apply and to limit a composition, having at least two different face sides of the applicator, an applicator's handle, and a stem that connects the working element of the applicator and the handle. Besides, the longitudinal axis of the handle has the orientation, which may not be adjusted relative to the longitudinal axis of the stem, the applicator comprises a marker facility, which is arranged with the possibility of positioning towards a user during composition application, the working element of the applicator has a predetermined angular position relative to the marker facility, so that the applicator positioning created by means of the marker facility corresponds to usage of the predetermined face side of the applicator. Also a method to manufacture an applicator and a method to apply make-up onto lashes or eyebrows by means of the applicator are provided.

EFFECT: development of a new applicator's design for application of the cosmetic composition.
